Course Aim
To ensure all trainees complete the course successfully and, understand that safety involves all persons on site
Course Objectives
To ensure all participants have a basic knowledge of safety legislation
To ensure all participants have a basic awareness of the hazards on site and the control measures needed to prevent accidents.
Course Content
Promotion of Safety, Legislation, Accident Reporting, Work at Height, Excavations, Electricity, Power Tools, PPE, Vehicles, Noise and Vibration, Manual Handling, Health and Hygiene.
Who should attend?
Personnel who plan to work on construction sites or who require their Safe Pass Card updated.
Pre-course requirementsÂ
None. (Participants are requested to please bring their PPS number and one passport photo.)
Assessment
On completion of the course participants will receive a FAS Safe Pass Card
